Gary heads the design team in KTF and uses his engineering knowledge to ensure that KTF manufactures the highest quality and most cost effective construction components. He has worked in construction for over 25 years after completing a Bachelor of Science (Hons) Degree in Construction Management and Mechatronic Engineering. Gary has been with KTF since the beginning of its journey.
John leads sales and business development in KTF. To date, he has played a major role in bringing KTF to where it is today.
John began his 25-year career in construction on finishing college where he was awarded a Bachelor of Science (Hons) Degree in Quantity Surveying and Building Economics. He worked for two years in PJ Hegarty & Sons before founding Keenan Timber Frame with his father and brothers in 1999.
Thomas heads production at KTF. His extensive knowledge and experience of working in construction and with timber has allowed him to create a unique off-site lean system of manufacturing timber frame components that is fast and cost effective with minimum waste, while still guaranteeing a high quality product. 22 years ago he recognised an opportunity to develop timber frame construction in Ireland and was joined by his father and brothers in founding KTF.
As site operations director Jimmy uses his extensive construction and erecting experience to implement his fast and effective method of erecting all timber components. This system reduces on site management cost, speeds up construction time while still maintaining the highest quality product and safety standards. Jimmy has always worked in construction and with his father and brothers is also a founding member of KTF.
Peter is our engineering design manager, looking after the production design team. Architectural plans are converted to production drawings for panels, trusses, and joists to be manufactured within the factory. Peter has been with us since 2003 and has experience working on one off family homes, to large residential sites across the country. Peter and his team ensure production is smooth and efficient by planning, designing, and organising everything needed for manufacturing. He is also invaluable in his knowledge for teams working on site.
Paul is the Estimating & Purchasing Manager. He has worked with the company for 17 years and has experience in pricing a wide variety of bespoke 1-off houses and developments, for clients across all sectors of the industry.
He is also responsible co-ordinating the purchasing of all materials & services required from factory production to completion of Kits on site
Ronan is the Production Manager here at KTF Housing Ltd. He has been part of our team at KTF for over 18 years and has gained vast experience working on a variety of different projects. As Production Manager, Ronan oversees all production from our factory and ensures that everything gets delivered to site on schedule in an efficient manner. Ronan plays a vital role in making sure all production from KTF Housing is rolled out smoothly.
Liam is Operations Manager and the Lean coordinator here at KTF Housing. He has worked with the company on and off since we have opened our doors. He has great experience on site on large housing projects and knowledge of the onsite process helps him to ensure that all operations flow smoothly from factory to site in order and sequence. Liam also was the 1st person here at KTF Housing to complete the Lean Green Belt course and organised all the Lean improvement and training throughout the company.
