Keenan Timber Frame is a family company with over three generations, giving us a wealth of experience and knowledge in the construction and manufacturing of timber frame homes.
The company was founded in 1999 and is one of Ireland’s leading manufacturers of Timber Frame Housing. The company has rapidly grown since 1999, in terms of both staff and production. In February 2020, KTF moved into a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility of 176,000 Sq. Ft. in Finnabair Industrial Estate, Dundalk, Co. Louth, Ireland and employs over 100+ staff.
KTF covers everything from roof trusses, floor joists, one off self-build homes to large scale property developments throughout Ireland and UK. We offer the complete design, engineering and off-site manufacturing. Our unique engineered timber frame system is delivered direct to site with the insulation, airtightness, service battens and render board systems all factory fitted and ready for construction.
